NovaRad is searching for experienced software support technicians with proven knowledge, skills and ability. Candidates should have progressive experience supporting computer software and hardware, windows applications, workstation/server management, Microsoft Windows Networking, LAN, WAN.

As members of the NovaRad Support organization, Technical Support Engineers take incoming customer service calls in order to assist health care professionals resolve a wide range of technical issues. They also work with other support professionals to address advanced technical problems related to PACS, RIS, HL7, and SQL. Members of the technical support team work at our corporate offices in American Fork, Utah.

Candidates should have excellent troubleshooting skills. They should have the ability to solve technical problems while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Effective verbal and written communication is a must. This is not an entry level position. A minimum of two full years of successful technical support/call center experience is required--three to five years of technical support experience with increasing responsibility is preferred. Knowledge and experience with PACS, RIS, HL7, SQL, and DICOM is preferred. Experience in a clinical environment as a PACS administrator is very beneficial.
